To get set up, watch the video below, then follow the instructions to download the Dexcom G7 app to your smartphone.*
Download the Dexcom G7 app from the App Store or Google Play store to your compatible smart device.* Follow the onscreen instructions, including watching the in-app training videos in full.
Please note that the Dexcom G7 app can only be downloaded if you are located in the country of purchase – UK or Ireland. If you are travelling abroad, please make sure you download the app before you go. If you uninstall and try to reinstall the app whilst outside the country of purchase, the download will not work.
Before upgrading your smart device or its operating system, check the compatibility page. Automatic updates can change settings or shut down the app so we advise manually updating.

Q. How do I create a Dexcom user account?
If you ordered your Dexcom G6 supplies through this website and have an existing Dexcom G6 account, you can log in with the same Dexcom account details (email and password).
If you don’t yet have a Dexcom account, set one up in the app using the in-app instructions.
