How Does Your Private Insurer Cover Dexcom?
Pay-Direct Pharmacy
If your insurer provides pay-direct pharmacy coverage and it’s available on your health plan, you should now access your Dexcom CGM supplies through your local pharmacy.
Present your drug card and a prescription for Dexcom G6 to your pharmacist and they will be able to directly bill your insurer for the eligible amount reimbursed by your plan. This type of coverage reduces your upfront out-of-pocket costs.
