Zeferino (Zef) Cisneros is Executive Vice President, Quality and Global Operations at Dexcom.
Zef is responsible for continuing to expand Dexcom's global footprint and delivering best-in-class products to our customers. He brings more than 20 years of experience managing global manufacturing and supply chain organizations in highly regulated industries. With roots in process engineering, Zef applies a systems-driven, data-oriented approach to leadership that emphasizes continuous improvement and operational rigor.
Most recently, Zef served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Critical Care at Edwards Lifesciences, where he oversaw a $1.3 billion global business. He drove transformational change to support growth, successfully scaling new product launches, deploying AI-enabled operational capabilities, strengthening quality performance to eliminate recalls, and navigating COVID-era supply chain disruption while delivering strong financial results.
