Yes. For t:slim X2 you must be on t:slim X2 pump SW version 7.10.4 or above, as well as Tandem t:slim mobile app version 2.12 or above. For Tandem Mobi system, you must be on Mobi pump SW 7.9.1 as well as Tandem Mobi mobile app version iOS 3.6/Android 3.5.4 or above in order to pair with G7 15 day sensors.

No. Even though Tandem t:slim insulin pump and Tandem Mobi System are indicated for use in individuals 2 years of age and greater, the Dexcom G7 15 Day sensor is only approved for ages 18 and older. Patients younger than 18 years of age will need to use the G7 sensor with their pump.
