What do I do if I forgot to take or log my long-acting insulin at my regular dosing time while using Dexcom Smart Basal?
It’s important to accurately log the time and amount of long-acting (basal) insulin that you take each day while on the program. If you took your long-acting insulin dose and forgot to log it in the Dexcom G7 app, log your dose as soon as you are able. If you forget to take your dose, contact your healthcare provider for guidance on your next dose.
