Why is my automated insulin pump not connecting to my Dexcom G7 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system?
If your insulin pump isn’t connecting to your Dexcom G7 CGM, it could be due to compatibility issues, Bluetooth settings, or software updates. Make sure:
- Your pump model supports Dexcom G7 integration
- Bluetooth is turned on and both devices are paired
- You’ve installed the latest software updates for both devices
- Verify you have followed the placement instructions for your Dexcom G7 and your automated insulin pump.
