You should receive ongoing supplies from wherever you received your initial product. Your supplies could be processed through Dexcom directly, a medical distributor, or an approved pharmacy. If you receive your supplies directly from Dexcom, call 1-888-738-8343 to reach Customer Sales Support. To use the online store, provider/insurance approval is required and an online account must be set up with Dexcom customer service.
