Please have your Dexcom transmitter serial number, sensor LOT number, and mobile account username ready before calling to ensure that your support call is as efficient and beneficial as possible. It is also tremendously helpful for our support team if you have a record of dates of insertion for sensors and/or dates of activation for transmitters.
