Why doesn't Dexcom support my Android phone?
Dexcom completes testing on each of the phones that we support to ensure that the Dexcom G5 Mobile CGM system meets safety, quality, and usability standards. In addition, phones must meet minimum Operating System requirements. Because there are several thousand Android models available on the market, it is not possible to complete the necessary testing on every Android device. We support some of the most popular flagship phones from several manufacturers. All of these phones meet our testing and OS requirements.
