Information About Potential 2027 Coverage Changes for Some CVS Caremark and Aetna Commercial Members
We are aware of an upcoming CVS Caremark and Aetna Commercial formulary change that may affect pharmacy-benefit coverage for some Dexcom customers beginning January 1, 2027. The affected formulary designs will be moving from Dexcom exclusive coverage to Abbott Freestyle Libre exclusive coverage in 2027.

Nothing changes today.
Your current Dexcom coverage remains in place through December 31, 2026. Continue using Dexcom as prescribed unless you and your healthcare provider decide otherwise. There is no need to make any changes to your therapy at this time.
