DexCom, Inc. (“DexCom”) manufactures and distributes continuous glucose monitoring (“CGM”) systems and has entered into agreements with certain distributors (“Authorized Distributors”) to ensure our products (“DexCom Products”) are safely provided to patients in accordance with applicable regulatory laws, including, but not limited to, those related to patient notifications, patient safety, adequate storage conditions and complaint handling.
