Dexcom has identified a cybersecurity incident that resulted in unauthorized access to limited information from certain internal documents following targeted vishing events.
Our products are secure
Based on our investigation, there is no impact on our products, operations, or our ability to meet the needs of our customers and partners.
Our actions to date
We immediately activated our incident response protocols, engaged a leading cybersecurity forensics firm to conduct an independent investigation, and contained the incident.
As a result of this incident, we have implemented additional security measures and safeguards to further strengthen our systems and processes.
