Mr. Collins has significant experience in healthcare insurance and administration, during a period in which UnitedHealth Group grew from a mid-cap health insurer into one of the largest public corporations in America, and provides operational and strategic expertise and valuable leadership experience to the Dexcom Board.

- President – Individual Line of Business and Chairman and CEO of Golden Rule Financial Company from July 2005 to December 2012
- Held additional leadership positions in pricing, underwriting and healthcare economics at UnitedHealthcare
