Do I need to upgrade my Tandem t:slim or Tandem Mobi pump to connect with G7 15 Day?
Yes. For t:slim X2 you must be on t:slim X2 pump SW version 7.10.4 or above, as well as Tandem t:slim mobile app version 2.12 or above. For Tandem Mobi system, you must be on Mobi pump SW 7.9.1 as well as Tandem Mobi mobile app version iOS 3.6/Android 3.5.4 or above in order to pair with G7 15 day sensors.
