How do I get a Dexcom sensor replacement for a failed sensor?

If you are experiencing product issues with your Dexcom G6 or G7 CGM sensors follow the steps below:
1. Submit a Product Support Request or contact our product technical support team.
2. Per the Dexcom Sensor Replacement Policy, to report a sensor issue, you will be asked to provide the unique identifying number of your product, otherwise known as the Serial Number (or “SN”). See “What will I need when contacting Tech Support
3. Have your contact information ready.
