Dexcom is committed to providing G6 and G7 sensors to our patients without interruption. We are experiencing some delays in actively restoring supply for Dexcom G7 and G6 sensors throughout all retail pharmacies and DME suppliers and expect stabilization soon. During this time, we continue to expect temporary backorders to our pharmacies and DME suppliers.
If you are a Dexcom G6 or G7 customer and unable to get a sensor from your pharmacy or DME supplier due to a backorder, please contact our technical support at 1-844-607-8398 who will be happy to assist.
