Using an insulin pump? No worries!
Adult (ages 18+) users of automated insulin delivery (AID) systems‡ can upgrade to Dexcom G7 15 Day if they’re using Omnipod® 5 or the iLet Bionic Pancreas.
Tandem t:slim X2 and Tandem Mobi users can also upgrade to Dexcom G7, with Dexcom G7 15 Day compatibility expected in early 2026 as we work closely with Tandem to enable support.
Pediatric patients can upgrade to Dexcom G7, which is compatible with all our major pump partners systems listed above.

App updates
If you use the Dexcom G6 app, you'll need to download the Dexcom G7 app when you apply the new sensor. All of your account data will transfer to new app.
